What your day looks like
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
- Assist with bathing and grooming
- Manage incontinence care with dignity
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare healthy meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Ensure safety with memory care techniques
- Assist with physical therapy exercises

That includes medication reminders (not administration), monitoring vitals like blood pressure and pulse, helping with mobility and exercises, and noting changes in the client’s condition for the nurse to follow up. The clinical structure is there, but the day is centered around the home.
