Why Adultcare Assistance Homecare

At Adultcare Assistance Homecare, we believe in empowering both our clients and our team members. Since 1996, we’ve been recognized for our supportive environment, where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.

The work environment for in-home caregivers in ZIP code 85063 in Phoenix, AZ, is characterized by its proximity to major thoroughfares like Interstate 17 and the nearby neighborhoods of Maryvale and Alhambra. Caregivers typically serve a single client, allowing them to build strong, personalized relationships while enjoying a short commute from their own homes, often within the same community, enhancing familiarity and convenience.

HHAs may work under the direction of a care manager or registered nurse to provide non-medical care that supports a client’s health plan. That includes medication reminders (not administration), monitoring vitals like blood pressure and pulse, helping with mobility and exercises, and noting changes in the client’s condition for the nurse to follow up. The clinical structure is there, but the day is centered around the home.
