Why Adultcare Assistance Homecare

At Adultcare Assistance Homecare, we’ve been recognized for our supportive work environment since 1996. We value our caregivers, providing the resources and respect needed to help you succeed and make a meaningful impact every day.

In ZIP code 85054, Phoenix, caregivers often work in the Desert Ridge area, known for its proximity to the Loop 101 freeway and the Mayo Clinic Hospital. This setting allows caregivers to serve a single client, minimizing travel time as they typically reside nearby. The neighborhood’s blend of residential and commercial spaces provides a familiar environment, enhancing the ease of commuting and caregiving.

HHAs may work under the direction of a care manager or registered nurse to provide non-medical care that supports a client’s health plan. That includes medication reminders (not administration), monitoring vitals like blood pressure and pulse, helping with mobility and exercises, and noting changes in the client’s condition for the nurse to follow up. The clinical structure is there, but the day is centered around the home.
