What your day looks like

Your role will include a variety of essential tasks:

  • Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
  • Assist with bathing and grooming
  • Manage incontinence care with dignity
  • Perform light housekeeping
  • Prepare healthy meals
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Ensure safety with memory care
  • Assist with physical therapy exercises

You’ll often work under the direction of a care manager or supervising nurse but operate independently in the home, where the rhythm is slower than facility work but the relationship with each client runs deeper.
