Why Adultcare Assistance Homecare
At Adultcare Assistance Homecare, we value our caregivers and the critical role they play in our clients’ lives. Since 1996, we’ve been dedicated to creating a supportive environment where your efforts are recognized and appreciated.
The 85746 ZIP code in Tucson, AZ, encompasses a vibrant community with landmarks like the Mission San Xavier del Bac and the scenic views of the Tucson Mountains. Caregivers in this area are typically matched with a single client, minimizing travel as they work close to home. Local streets such as Valencia Road and Mission Road provide easy access within this close-knit community, fostering familiarity and connection.
HHAs may work under the direction of a care manager or registered nurse to provide non-medical care that supports a client’s health plan. That includes medication reminders (not administration), monitoring vitals like blood pressure and pulse, helping with mobility and exercises, and noting changes in the client’s condition for the nurse to follow up. The clinical structure is there, but the day is centered around the home.
