What your day looks like
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
- Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients beautiful
- Provide thoughtful incontinence care management
- Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress in the home
- Prepare healthy meals to keep seniors nourished
- Offer medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions
- Ensure safety with memory care support
- Assist with physical therapy exercises

You’ll still use your full CNA scope — vitals, hygiene, transfers, observation — but in a residential setting where you also help with meals, light tidying, and the small routines that make someone’s home feel like home.
