Caregiver CPR Requirements

Caregivers at Adultcare Assistance Homecare are required to have both a First-Aid and CPR certificate within the first 30 days of employment.  Below are some CPR/First Aid courses that we have found that are conveniently scheduled and moderately priced.  If you are interested in becoming a caregiver, then please see our current job openings.

American Emergency Response Training

All Certifications are taught in a relaxed atmosphere, by experienced training professionals. The instructors come from a variety of professional emergency responder fields.

Heart Savers

Tucson Area

Tucson CPR & First Aid

In response to COVID-19, they began using Blended Training which minimizes the number of students and the time students are required to be in class. Students take the online lectures at home and come into class for 15 minutes to 1 hour to complete the practical skills checkoff which is still required for many employers, hospitals, and governmental agencies. Prepare to attend for up to one hour.

Eclipse CPR

The American Health and Safety institute “ASHI” First Aid/CPR and AED program help students develop basic first aid knowledge, skills, and the confidence to respond in emergencies. This program is an excellent choice for both the community and workplace setting and conforms to the 2015 AHA and ARC Guidelines Update for First Aid. “Your Certification card is issued by the American Health and Safety Institute.” Students receive a digital certification card and ebook with their course fee.

CPR2U
